Mental Wellbeing

Most organisations appreciate that mental health is an important part of overall wellbeing.  That’s why, with ALL Bluecrest corporate health checks, all your staff can have additional mental health services available at no additional cost.  These include:

  • Clinically validated GAD7 and PHQ9 questionnaires – included within all corporate screenings where requested for free – plus tailored feedback including where to access free resources to support employees such as online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) resources

There are many advantages of supporting staff within the context of a confidential health screening.  Unlike a traditional Occupational Health scenario, the mental health aspect is included within a total service for the benefit of the staff member’s health rather than merely compliance the employers legal responsibilities.  In the knowledge that everything will be treated with 100% confidentiality, those members of staff who might have previously had a concern about raising a mental health issue at work, can feel confident that they have the security of complete medical confidentiality.

  • Depending on how companies wish to manage costs, there are some optional extra services that employers may wish to consider.  In partnership with CBT clinics, we can make seamless referrals for additional CBT sessions.  A Virtual CBT session is £130, face-to-face is £140 via a nationwide network of CBT practitioners and CBT with a Psychologist is £150.  We can put together a proposal for you based on your needs (whether any treatment is via the employer direct or via any health insurance policy you may have in place for your staff)

Optional CBT clinic services can include:

  • Immediate access to assessment and treatment
  • Nationwide coverage and choice of circa 2000 approved clinicians
  • Case management and escalation
  • Evidence based treatment pathways with approved clinicians
  • Clinical governance and service level adherence
  • Advanced reporting and outcome measurement
  • A single point of contact for all communication

And complies with the following service level standards:

  • Action referral within 24 hours of referral receipt
  • Instruct therapist within 48 hours of referral receipt
  • Appointment confirmation within 5 working days of referral receipt
  • (The therapist will contact the client within 24 hours of receiving the instruction and confirm the appointment date within 72 hours)
  • Initial appointment to take place within 10 working days of referral receipt
  • Initial Assessment Report returned to referrer within 5 working days of the initial appointment
  • Response to update request within 72 hours
  • Discharge report returned to referrer within 5 working days of final appointment

The above may also be designed to link with an existing private medical insurance (PMI) provision if required.
