Our systems have been designed to be flexible to the requirements of corporate clients, meaning we can provide extremely detailed high-level Management Information reporting on the health of your workforce, monitoring trends, recommending health interventions and tracking improvements.

It may be that one of your office locations has an issue with stress, and another location has high levels of cholesterol, diabetes risk and nutritional concerns. You may then decide to implement a “mind & body” workshop at one location and a nutritional campaign at another (with full support and resource from Bluecrest).

Only by understanding the health of your workforce and any issues within your company can you properly affect change and improve the health and wellbeing of your employees – demonstrating real business benefits from your programme.

Since our analysts must anonymise the data used, please note we will only be able to provide you with a Management Information report if you have more than 60 employees in the screening programme.
