Overview

What does the package include?
This selection of screening tests is tailored to the individual needs of each of your employees needs, based on their age, gender, lifestyle, personal and family medical history. After your employee has received their full results report, they will receive a further consultation with a personal Bluecrest GP over the phone (or via skype) to decide on any follow-up action required. Ongoing free private GP access is also provided and online results are available via Android and Apple allowing staff to monitor health changes over time. There are many hundreds of combinations of screenings possible via this premium service, but one thing remains the same - your employees will receive more than the standard “Health MOT” package with a highly personal service of relevant, high-quality checks backed up with ongoing GP support.

STEP 1

Health Questionnaire & GP Consultation

You’ll start by completing a health questionnaire, with the opportunity to discuss any specific requirements with a GP to bespoke any elements of the tests to your precise needs. The focus is to tailor your screening package on tests relevant to you based on your age, gender, lifestyle, personal and family medical history.

STEP 2

STEP 3

Tailored Checks

At the same time as your Core Screening you’ll also receive at least 15 additional readings targeted at areas most relevant for you. The most efficient screening package is determined by what matters to you most. For example, the latest CDT lung cancer screening checks may be particularly relevant for a long term smoker – whereas for another employee, hormone testing related to fertility or food intolerance testing may be more relevant.

STEP 4

Report & GP Review

After your health screening, you’ll receive your detailed printed results report and GP Review. You’ll also receive ongoing support from your Bluecrest GP, who’ll be available for a consultation on all results as well as to compile your Personalised Health Plan. Plus you have access to our online resources to help you monitor, track and improve the key health metrics that matter to you.

Where can your staff get screened?

Your staff will find their Bluecrest service extremely convenient. In addition to screenings at your premises (if you prefer), your staff can have access the entire Bluecrest Health network of local venues.  With services over 2,000 different convenient locations across the UK and Ireland every year, your staff will find a high quality service no more than 10 minutes from their home or place of work – we ensure that employees are always seen in private consulting rooms.

What happens on the day?

Your employees can be assured of a warm welcome and a high quality clinical service.  The checks themselves use the latest technology to ensure a first class service and minimise time. For example, our ECG machines are hand-held devices that electronically transmit readings direct to cardiac specialists – rather than large machines that produce paper based readings that need to be posted to consultants. Our technology ensures that analysis takes place after the screening at our laboratory and after remote cardiac specialists analyse electronically transmitted heart readings.
