Bluecrest Wellness joins

REBA

Bluecrest Wellness has joined REBA - the Reward and Benefits Association – as an associate member.

REBA is the professional network for the benefits community, holding events, running training courses, commissioning research and bringing people together to share best practice and find solutions to challenges. They also connect members with trusted suppliers and providers.

Bluecrest Wellness CEO Dominque Kent said: “We’re delighted to be part of the REBA community. We want to work with leaders in their fields to drive innovation in our sector and create services that have an even greater impact on our customers lives and in improving their health and wellbeing."

We aim to build knowledge and understanding of what Bluecrest Wellness sets out to achieve, bringing preventative health into the spotlight for a whole range of benefits professionals and businesses and very importantly, communicate the impact we have on our citizens.

We know that we are helping tens of thousands of people each year to understand their health risks and make better lifestyle choices. But we need to continue to raise the bar with services designed with business and their people at different life stages, with different needs at their core.

“Health benefits are high on the agenda for so many organisations, but prevention can often be the missing link. What we do at Bluecrest Wellness is about helping people take control of their own health proactively before something goes wrong, so they can stay well, live well and work well. What’s more, it’s an option that’s viable for entire workforces, not just those as the top.

“Health assessments can give individuals peace of mind, inspire them to make lifestyle changes, and help them spot potential issues early. At the same time they can give businesses health insight and information which can drive health initiatives and help track progress on wellbeing goals over time.”

Phil Hayne, Co-founder and Director from REBA said: "We're delighted to have Bluecrest Wellness join the REBA community especially at this time where the focus is shifting to preventative healthcare and early intervention."
