What's your Health IQ?

Put your health intelligence to the test. Take the quiz and share your results with friends!

Think you know your stuff when it comes to your health? Our Health IQ Quiz is a quick and fun way to see how your health knowledge stacks up against the national average. From boomers to Gen Z, Londoners to those in the East of England, our research uncovered some surprising truths about how well we really understand our health. With an average score of just 57 out of a possible 110, the UK’s overall Health IQ falls into the ‘developing’ range—there’s plenty of room for improvement. Whether you're a wellness warrior or just curious, take a few minutes to test yourself—you might be surprised by what you learn. In fact, why not share your score and challenge others to beat it? The higher our collective Health IQ, the healthier we all become. Ready to find out where you stand?

What does a private health MOT involve?
  • 1.

    Select and book your package

Book your chosen package at the venue, date and time that suits you and use code GN15 to get 15% off. With over 2000 appointments available nationwide every week, you're sure to find a convenient time, date and venue. You can even add on extra tests to your package if there's something specific you want to check - just give our team a call before your appointment.

  • 2.

    Attend your appointment

Your Health Assessment Specialist will take your blood sample and ask a few questions about your health and lifestyle. They'll also perform your lung function test, biometric analysis and take some key body measurements including height and weight. The whole process only takes around 25 minutes!

  • 3.

    Laboratory processing

Your samples and readings taken during your appointment are sent to our laboratory for processing. We use the leading laboratories in the UK, together with a specialist cardiology centre for all Electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. If anything concerning is identified while your results are being processed, we'll call you straight away.

  • 4.

    Receive your test results

Your results will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. Each one of your test results is explained in detail, and given a flag of red, amber or green - this allows you to easily see any areas for concern at a glance.
