Attend your first full assessment at one of our local clinic locations (we have 300+) as soon as the next day. Our friendly Health Assessment Specialists are fully trained in Phlebotomy (blood-taking), they may take some key measurements as well as a couple of small blood samples during your appointment. The whole process will only take up to 25 minutes, sometimes a little longer depending on your package.
Your samples and readings taken during your appointment are sent to our laboratory for processing. We use the leading laboratories in the UK, together with a specialist cardiology centre for all Electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. If anything concerning is identified while your results are being processed, we'll call you straight away.
Your results will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. Each one of your test results is explained in detail, and given a flag of red, amber or green - this allows you to easily see any areas for concern at a glance.
As a subscriber, you can book in for your FREE mid-year check in a local clinic to update your key stats and blood results. This extra peace of mind is exclusively for our subscribers.
Your full re-assessments are included in your subscription, so you’ll be booked in for a full re-assessment and suite of re-tests in 12 months time with nothing more to pay.

You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis, for 12 months, to cover the cost of your next health assessment. This means that payments will be automatically deducted each month.

When you subscribe, a 15% discount will be applied to your first health assessment and any additional tests you may have added. You can follow the steps to set up your ongoing payment and you will receive further information by email after your booking has been processed.
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling off period after setting up your subscription, that allows you to cancel any service purchased by mail order, over the phone or online.
After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, a minimum commitment of three months applies when signing up for a Bluecrest Health Monitoring Subscription. If you cancel during the first three months, a cancellation fee may apply.
