We offer three levels of general Health MOTs. Each package will give you a good overview of your health, including your risk of heart disease and stroke. Our Core Health MOT comes with the added benefit of a blood health profile, measuring your platelet counts, red and white blood cells, and more. The Complete top-to-toe package includes all the tests in the Core, plus a specialist Lipoprotein (a) test (relating to artery health) and a Private GP Consultation to discuss your results in detail with a registered GP. What does a private health MOT involve?
Our Private Health MOTs are designed for busy people who lead busy lives - they're quick, convenient and completely stress-free. No invasive procedures, no embarrassing questions, no long travel times and no busy waiting rooms.

1.
Select and book your package
Book your chosen package at the venue, date and time that suits you. With over 2000 appointments available nationwide every week, you're sure to find a convenient time, date and venue. You can even add on extra tests to your package if there's something specific you want to check - just give our team a call before your appointment.
2.
Attend your appointment
Your Health Assessment Specialist will take your blood sample and ask a few questions about your health and lifestyle. They'll also perform your lung function test, biometric analysis and take some key body measurements including height and weight. The whole process only takes around 25 minutes!
3.
Laboratory processing
Your samples and readings taken during your appointment are sent to our laboratory for processing. We use the leading laboratories in the UK, together with a specialist cardiology centre for all Electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis. If we identify a critical result while your results are being processed, we'll contact you straight away (What constitutes a critical result is defined by national guidance and our partner laboratories. Other abnormal results will be presented within your results report with either an amber or red flag).
4.
Receive your test results
Your results will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. Each one of your test results is explained in detail, and given a flag of red, amber or green - this allows you to easily see any areas for concern at a glance.
What's included in a full body health check?

-
Blood health and metabolid screening, cholesterol, diabetes markers, iron levels and key blood markers
-
Organ health tests, including liver and kidney function

Body health insights, bone health, immune system markers, and biometric analysis
-
Your personal Results Report, with clear explanations and colour-coded results
-
My Wellness dashboard and app provide access to view and track your results
-
24/7 GP helpline for follow-up questions and support
-

Who is this private screening for?
A full body health check can be useful for anyone who wants a clearer picture of their health. It’s particularly helpful if you:
-
Want a baseline overview of your current health
-
Have a family history of certain conditions and want to monitor risk
-
Are reaching a milestone age and want a proactive check-up
-
Have a busy schedule and want a convenient private medical check up
-
Want to track your health over time and spot changes early

What you get after your appointment
Once your full body health check is complete, we’ll send you your My Wellness dashboard and App access, where you can find your Results Report, personalised flags, and 24/7 GP helpline number. If you’ve chosen the Complete package, we’ll also send you details of your GP consultation.
Your Results Report explains each one of your test results in detail, with no medical jargon. As well as giving the actual reading for every test we've run, each result is given a 'flag' of green, amber or red.
Green results are within the recommended range for your age and sex; amber results are a little outside what we'd normally expect; and red results are further outside the norm. Where a result is amber or red, we'll give follow-up advice on what to do next - whether that's making lifestyle changes, simply monitoring the result, or visiting your GP for further investigation.
Private vs NHS health check
Both NHS and private checks can help you understand your health, but they work slightly differently.
Private health screening offers faster booking and appointments, a broader range of health markers tested, and a detailed personal results report. You can also choose to include a GP consultation and ongoing support.
Alternatively, NHS health checks are typically only available for certain age groups. They focus on key cardiovascular risk factors, which may miss key tests. Results are usually shared through your GP practice during standard follow-ups.
Both are viable options for individuals requiring a full body health check. A private medical check up can be a convenient option if you want more detailed insights or faster access to screening.
