Low levels of essential vitamins; including vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folate, are common and can significantly impact how you feel day-to-day. Vitamin D deficiency can affect bone strength and immunity, low iron stores may lead to fatigue and breathlessness, and inadequate folate or B12 can influence mood, cognitive function and cardiovascular health.
Your Core Vitamins Profile provides a focused look at these important nutrients to help you identify potential imbalances early. If you are looking for a more advanced option that includes magnesium, zinc and active B12 (Holotranscobalamin), you may want to consider upgrading to the Advanced Nutrients & Vitamins Profile.
What's included in this health check?
Your Health Assessment includes:
Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in the UK and can lead to tiredness, bone pain, low mood, and weakened immunity. This test measures the level of vitamin D (25?OH) in your blood to identify deficiency or excess. Low levels can increase the risk of osteomalacia and long?term bone weakness, while excessively high levels may indicate vitamin D toxicity.
Vitamin B12 is essential for nerve health, red blood cell production and cognitive function. Low B12 levels may lead to fatigue, memory problems, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet and mood changes. This test helps identify vitamin B12 deficiency, which is more common in older adults, vegans, vegetarians and individuals with absorption issues.
Your results will be available 24/7 through My Wellness, our online dashboard and app. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your results are ready. The dashboard also includes a downloadable PDF, making it easy to share your results with your GP.
Each reading is clearly explained using a simple red?amber?green flag system, helping you see areas of concern at a glance. Where needed, we’ll provide follow?up advice on diet, lifestyle changes or where to seek further medical review.
Ferritin measures the body’s iron reserves and is one of the most sensitive indicators of iron deficiency. Low ferritin levels can cause fatigue, dizziness, weakness and reduced exercise tolerance. As ferritin levels decrease before blood iron levels fall, this test helps detect iron deficiency early even before symptoms become more noticeable.
Folate is required for healthy cell growth, DNA repair and red blood cell formation. Low folate levels can lead to anaemia, cardiovascular issues and complications in pregnancy. This test measures your blood folate levels to identify deficiency or insufficiency, which can contribute to tiredness, headaches, irritability or breathlessness.
Unlimited access for yourself to a 24/7 GP helpline for a year after your appointment. From tummy upsets to travel advice, the service even covers prescriptions. (please note this service is not designed to discuss your results from your health assessment.) Worth £10

Attend your appointment

Your results are processed
Your blood sample and other readings are analysed by specialists in their field. We use the largest independent lab in the UK for blood testing, and a specialist cardiology centre for ECG trace analysis. We contact customers straight away with any critical results (determined by national guidance). Other abnormal results with red and amber flags will be in your report.
Receive your results report
You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available in My Wellness. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. Each result is explained in plain English with no medical jargon and is given a flag of green, amber or red, so you can easily see any areas for concern.
I received various invitations to get checked out, but always wondered would it be worth it.... Then I just decided to do it, and honestly I couldn't be happier. The location was easy to get to. I got looked after very well, everything got explained in normal English and the details I received after were amazing. The book was really detailed and easy to understand. Will definitely recommend and do it again for myself.
