Collecting your own finger-prick blood sample can sometimes be tricky. That’s why all our home test kits come with the option to book a free 1-2-1 appointment with one of our friendly Health Coaches via webcam. The Health Coach will guide each employee through the home test kit sample collection process, helping to ensure that blood samples are taken effectively. We’re the only provider of home test kits to offer this valuable service.

That’s why our Extra Home Test Kit includes a series of clinical questionnaires designed to assess the levels of anxiety, depression, resilience, and engagement in your workforce. Plus, your employees can also arrange a private 30-minute telephone consultation with an experienced Emotional Wellbeing Adviser, who will share coping strategies and practical advice to help support mental wellbeing.

Musculoskeletal issues and back pain are one of the biggest reasons for sickness absence in the UK and affect around 8 out of 10 of us at some point, which is why our home test kits come with a Musculoskeletal health assessment designed to troubleshoot problems, focused on back pain, and help people manage their symptoms and risk.
Also included is a musculoskeletal wellbeing consultation – a half hour session with a musculoskeletal expert to provide professional advice and guidance for the effective management of aches and pains and assessment and signposting for further treatment. With the right guidance and support at the right time most people with back pain can get back to their usual activities and back to work sooner.

check?
Our private health checks are designed for busy people who lead busy lives - they're quick, convenient and completely stress-free. No invasive procedures, no embarrassing questions, no long travel times and no busy waiting rooms. After your health check, you'll have added peace of mind with unlimited access to a 24/7 GP helpline for an entire year.
Book your health check
Select the package of tests you'd like and choose a location, date and time that suits you. Our nationwide network of high-quality venues - with great parking and transport links - mean you'll usually find a convenient appointment within 20 minutes of your home or workplace.
Attend your appointment
Your Health Assessment Specialist, fully trained in phlebotomy, will take a blood sample, ask you a few questions about your lifestyle, and complete the non-blood tests (like blood pressure, for example). The process is quick and pain-free, normally taking under 30 minutes.
Your results are processed
Your blood sample and other readings are analysed by specialists in their field. We use the largest independent lab in the UK for blood testing, and a specialist cardiology centre for ECG trace analysis. If any concerning results are found, we'll call you straight away.
Receive your results report
Within around 8 days, you can access your results report securely online. Within 21 days, your hard copy booklet will arrive by post. Each result is explained in plain English with no medical jargon and is given a flag of green, amber or red, so you can easily see any areas for concern.
