“There wasn’t anything really worrying me,” says Peter, “but I knew I was knocking on a bit, and I knew it was nearly impossible to get through to our local doctors. So a bit of an MOT at a nice hotel literally ten minutes down the road seemed like a sensible thing to do.”
“It was a bit of a lightbulb moment,” agrees Kathy, “so we went for it. The health assessment only took about half an hour and then we were back home and on with our day. It was all very thorough and the health assessor who saw us was wonderful. They did all sorts of tests, including taking some blood, weighing and measuring, blood pressure - and an ECG. The results came through about a week later.”
