Your fitness assessment uses a step test to help you understand your current level of fitness.

During your assessment, we will measure three items: your resting heart rate, your heart rate after exercise and the oxygen level in your blood. You’ll also receive a VO2 Max cardiovascular fitness score. This calculation is widely accepted as the single best measure of cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Your results will tell you how your fitness level compares to the average for your age and gender.
