All Health Coaching sessions are held online via Microsoft Teams. This means you can join from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever suits you best. Health coaching is more focused on helping clients set and achieve specific wellness goals through behaviour change, while therapy or counselling typically addresses deeper emotional or psychological issues, such as trauma, depression, or anxiety. Health coaches provide motivation, support, and strategies for improving lifestyle habits, while therapists or counsellors focus on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
