When your results are ready, they will be available 24/7 through ‘My Wellness’, our online dashboard and app. You will receive an email notification as soon as your results are available. Processing times vary by test, with some results accessible on the dashboard in as little as three days. The online dashboard also provides easy access to a downloadable PDF, making it simple to share your results with your GP. You will also have the option to pay for a printed report booklet. If you select this option at checkout, you will also receive a high-quality 'printed' report booklet sent via post to your registered home address.

Your personalised results report explains each of your test results in detail.

Each result will be given a green, amber or red flag so you can easily see your areas for improvement. A green flag means your result is within the normal range; amber means the result is slightly outside of the normal range; and red means your result is further outside of the normal range.

General Health Advice Your results report includes general health advice about healthy eating, exercise, safe alcohol consumption, musculoskeletal health and more.

Cancer Awareness Your report also includes a range of informative factsheets offering cancer awareness advice and tips on self-examination for breast and testicular cancer.
