Virtual health coaches to guide your employees
All our home test kits come with a complimentary webcam coaching session with one of our fully trained Health Coaches. The Health Coach will take your employee step-by-step through the process of collecting their own finger-prick blood sample, to help make sample collection as comfortable and effective as comparable clinic-based test. What’s more, we’re the only supplier of home test kits to offer this beneficial service!
Emotional wellbeing support from experienced professionals
The Base home test kit includes a series of clinical questionnaires to assess the levels of anxiety, depression, resilience, and engagement in your workforce. Your employees complete each questionnaire confidentially and securely online, at their own pace, on their personal My Wellness account. On top of the online resources, your employees can also arrange a private 30-minute telephone consultation with an experienced Emotional Wellbeing Adviser to talk through their feelings. During the consultation, the adviser will share coping strategies and practical advice to help employees better manage their mental wellbeing.
Comprehensive results at a click of a button
Once your employees post their completed kits in the nearest post box (free return postage included!) they will be able to access their results within 8 days of receipt at the lab. Full results are available to view securely online via My Wellness. In addition to viewing results digitally, My Wellness contains useful tips and advice helping your workforce to improve their health and wellbeing.
MSK – helping employees return to work with back pain
Musculoskeletal issues and back pain are one of the biggest reasons for sickness absence in the UK and affect around 8 out of 10 of us at some point, which is why our home test kits come with a Musculoskeletal health assessment designed to troubleshoot problems, focused on back pain, and help people manage their symptoms and risk.
Also included is a musculoskeletal wellbeing consultation – a half hour session with a musculoskeletal expert to provide professional advice and guidance for the effective management of aches and pains and assessment and signposting for further treatment. With the right guidance and support at the right time most people with back pain can get back to their usual activities and back to work sooner.

Employees book a health check
Employees select the health check that best fits their current needs based on the packages chosen by their employer and book at their chosen venue. They can choose a date and time that suits them, we have many clinics close by so that you don't have to travel far.
Dedicated ongoing support
Our goal is to provide real, actionable data: informing the strategies you employ to keep your workforce in tip top condition, and where to focus your health and wellbeing initiatives and budget. Your dedicated account manager will talk you through your Management Information report to help you understand what you’re seeing, look for trends, and track the results.
