Identify deficiencies or imbalances
Low or borderline levels of essential vitamins and minerals can contribute to a wide range of symptoms, from low mood and fatigue to weakened immunity, muscle aches, and brain fog. Modern lifestyles, stress, reduced sun exposure and dietary patterns can all lead to deficiencies, even in people who appear otherwise healthy.
For a detailed assessment of your nutritional status, the Advanced Nutrients & Vitamins Profile measures six key markers including vitamin D, folate, active B12, zinc, magnesium and ferritin. If you require a more basic option, you may want to consider the Core Vitamins Profile, which includes four essential blood tests.

Your results will be available 24/7 through My Wellness, our online dashboard and app. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your results are ready. The dashboard also includes a downloadable PDF, making it easy to share your results with your GP.
Each reading is clearly explained using a simple red-amber-green flag system, helping you see areas of concern at a glance. Where needed, we’ll provide follow-up advice on diet, lifestyle changes or where to seek further medical review.
Folate is required for healthy cell growth, DNA repair and red blood cell formation. Low folate levels can lead to anaemia, cardiovascular issues and complications in pregnancy. This test measures your blood folate levels to identify deficiency or insufficiency, which can contribute to tiredness, headaches, irritability or breathlessness.
Unlike a standard B12 test, this measures active B12 (holotranscobalamin), the biologically available form of vitamin B12 that your body can use. Because it detects deficiencies earlier and more accurately, it’s particularly valuable for people with digestive issues, vegans, vegetarians or those experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, tingling or brain fog.
Magnesium plays a vital role in muscle function, sleep regulation, heart rhythm, cognitive health and energy production. Chronic stress and certain medications can reduce magnesium levels. Deficiency may contribute to muscle cramps, fatigue, headaches, anxiety, low mood and irregular heartbeat. This test checks for low or borderline magnesium levels.
Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in the UK and can lead to tiredness, bone pain, low mood, and weakened immunity. This test measures the level of vitamin D (25-OH) in your blood to identify deficiency or excess. Low levels can increase the risk of osteomalacia and long-term bone weakness, while excessively high levels may indicate vitamin D toxicity.
Ferritin measures the body’s iron reserves and is one of the most sensitive indicators of iron deficiency. Low ferritin levels can cause fatigue, dizziness, weakness and reduced exercise tolerance. As ferritin levels decrease before blood iron levels fall, this test helps detect iron deficiency early even before symptoms become more noticeable.
Zinc is a key mineral involved in immune function, cell repair, digestion, wound healing, metabolism and hormone regulation. Low zinc levels can lead to hair thinning, skin issues, weakened immunity, loss of appetite and impaired taste or smell. This test measures zinc levels to detect deficiency or imbalance.
