When a cancer screening result causes concern, you shouldn't face it alone - or be left wondering what to do next. We've partnered with the UK's largest virtual cancer clinic to make sure you don't.
New partnership: Bluecrest x Perci Health
*Perci Health is backed by Macmillan Cancer Support, reinforcing the clinical credibility and patient-centred care at the heart of this service.
Why this matters
Receiving a worrying result raises more questions than answers.
You've taken the right step by screening. But an amber or red result can leave you feeling anxious, uncertain - and unsure what to do next. That uncertainty is the problem we've solved.
Medical results are rarely self-explanatory. Without expert guidance, it's easy to spiral into worry - or, equally, to dismiss something that warrants attention.
The period between a result and a diagnosis can stretch for weeks. Without structured support, many people feel abandoned - waiting alone, without clinical reassurance.
Navigating follow-up investigations, GP referrals and specialist appointments can be confusing and time-consuming, especially when you're already anxious.
If cancer is confirmed, the need for expert, personal support only deepens. Having somewhere to turn - and someone who knows your story - is invaluable.

Your support pathway
Here's exactly what happens when you need us.
Clarity, at every step. From your result to your resolution.

1.
You receive an eligible result
If your qFIT, PSA, HPV or H. pylori result returns an amber or red flag, you'll automatically be offered access to the Perci Health support service - at no additional cost. There's no referral to request, no form to fill in. We do this for you.
2.
Your Cancer Nurse Specialist is ready
You'll be connected to a specialist Cancer Nurse Specialist through the Perci Health platform. Using simple, intuitive technology, you'll book your consultation - at a time that suits you - for a private, one-to-one appointment. No waiting rooms. No impersonal calls. Your nurse will help you fully understand your result, walk you through what happens next, and ensure you're accessing the right clinical pathway for further investigation where needed.
3.
We stay with you through investigations
You won't be discharged until you have answers. For up to 16 weeks, your care team stays in contact - checking in every four weeks to understand your progress, whether further investigations have taken place, and whether a diagnosis has been confirmed or ruled out. Communications arrive by email and through the Perci platform, keeping everything in one place and easy to follow.
4.
A clear outcome - whatever the news
If investigations confirm no cancer is present, you'll receive confirmation and be formally discharged with peace of mind. If a diagnosis is confirmed, you won't face it alone - you'll immediately be offered the option to continue specialist support through Perci's Navigation service.
5.
Continued support if cancer is diagnosed
Perci's Navigation service provides structured specialist guidance for up to 12 months - helping you understand your diagnosis, navigate treatment decisions, access the right services, and manage the wider impact of cancer. As a Bluecrest customer, you access this at a significantly discounted rate.
What's included
