What is a Health Assessment?
Health Assessments can serve as a snapshot of your current health, providing a way to track changes over time and empowering you to proactively take your health into your own hands.

What is a full body Health Assessment?
A full body Health Assessment simply means a thorough check-up of all the major systems in your body. Sometimes referred to as full-body MOTs, these assessments are designed to give a comprehensive overview of your body’s health status rather than assessing one organ or function in the body.
At Bluecrest Wellness, we offer a range of competitively priced Health Assessments for busy people. We provide health screening in conveniently located venues across the UK and Ireland, so you are never more than 20 minutes away from staying in charge of your health.
Our full body Health Assessment is called a Health MOT. We offer three levels of general Health MOTs – Active, Core and Complete. Each package will give you a good overview of your health, including your risk of heart disease and stroke. Included in all our health packages is one year's access to our 24/7 GP Helpline.

Who should have a Health Assessment?
Health Assessments are for anyone who values their health and wants to stay informed and in control of their life.
The general recommendation is to start having regular assessments from the age of 40, but if you have additional risk factors, you should start Health Assessments sooner.
Any person from the age of 18 can benefit from a Health Assessment as they detect risk factors and early warning signs that cannot be known without testing. Consider regular Health Assessments earlier than the age of 40 if you have any of these risk factors:
- Previous or existing health conditions
- Take medication
- Family history of disease – such as cancer, diabetes or heart disease
- Unhealthy diet
- Obesity or overweight
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Smoking
- Regular or excessive alcohol consumption
- Recreational drug use
